Directions from Fountain: West, South, South, West, West, West, North.

You want to visit here if you want to become Air aligned and have cyan text in chat. You have to have finished the Beach Quest before you can do this however.

All four temples will disappear from Shillatown once an alignment is chosen.

Other then that, there's nothing else you can do here.
