The Blob can be found in the Cemetery/Crypt.

It hits for a maximum of 240 points of damage with its one attack and is aligned no elemental sphere.

A Blob has 2,050 points of life and will absorb 8% of physical and 5% magical attack damage.

Blobs will not drop anything when killed, but will earn you approximately 7.700 points of experience and 9 pieces of gold.
