Update 8/25
Since I had written this, Buggy added this list of areas to the base section(Non-Elite).
Items: Trader Jack's, Trader Bob's, Trinket Exchange, Item Bank(Storage)
Gameplay: Daily Quests, Bounties(Both Hourly and Daily), Bored Guard
Training: Experience Trainer, Spell Trainer, Skill Trainer, Song Trainer(Bards)
This means once you get to the top of this level, you could train, send armor to others, and do quests/bounties up here without needing to leave the top floor.
Introduction
The Elemental Pools is the last area of the 3 Elemental Zones, and the hardest zone to get into.
You will need a Glittering Pixie Dust and go through Elemental Void, using the Noble Path until you find a troll who will give you access using the dust. Make sure you follow directions carefully like the other 2 zones before it, so that you don't lose your dust and not get access.
Glittering Pixie Dust is only dropped from the top tier of Shilla Gods, so this may take a while to get.
Directions
There are 4 different zones, with 2 different patterns, and 4 different levels of difficulty. It may take a while to fully explore the area. Lucky for you here, nothing is kill to move unless you need the portal, which I believe changes the floor pattern you're in.
Going to the starting point of each area after a period of time will reset which zone you are in.
Moving up or down changes the difficulty level.
Gameplan
Ditch all your void rings from Elemental Void, you won't need them here ever.
All the creatures here have a possible of 3 alignments it can attack you with. The naming scheme of them is pretty obvious, you'll know what the elements are.
The creature groups are in 3, 1 single alignment, 1 dual alignment, and 1 triple alignment. You'll want to be protected against all 3.
Like the previous areas, work from the lower levels to get base equipment that gives alignment protection against all 3 alignments, and then when you're done with that, you can work your way up to Elite armor and eventually Stat boosting armor.
Ashax
Ashax is the only boss in this area. It is on one of the Grandmaster sections of Murmur Marsh. Defeating it requires you to have protection against all 4 main elements, but if you get lucky it'll drop an Ashax's armor piece, which gives 15% protection to all 4 elements.
Conclusion
Since this is the last area of Shilla, I'd like to add my thoughts on the Elemental Zones(Chaos, Void & Pools).
These areas really just seem like bonus content. You can get some better armor, and explore some interesting ideas, but this area can not be trained on.
You can't find a place to redeem bounties, you can't use a trampoline, and unless you are in this area, you're stuck in endless loops trying to hunt down that optimal equipment.
You need the void equipment to farm 40 stomachs for food and badges, and having that equipment makes it easier to tackle those gods because they'll hit for less than any other god, but at that point I wouldn't hunt a god for anything unless it was for research.
Explore the area, get the badges, maybe kill some bosses once to say you did it, but if you want to keep training, stick to the lower areas with bounties and easier access.

Satan's Research
How to get here:
You will need to trade a glittering pixie dust (rarely dropped from the top gods) in Elemental Void to gain access.
Once here, if you see an unattended portal without killing anything, that portal takes you back to the start of Elemental Void so be careful and only do that if you really want to go back. It can be a useful option if you kill the bosses in void then come here and quit until the boss here respawns and once you kill it the next time you can use the portal to return to void and kill the bossses there without needing to start from chaos or using more dusts.
In general, this zone is a combination of the mechanics in Elemental Chaos and Elemental Void.
The good news is that you are free to walk about at will.
Going up or down changes the elite level again like it does in Elemental Void.
The zone seems to be split into subsections again like in Elemental Void. Each subsection consists of 3 creatures. 1 wih 1 align, 1 with 2 aligns, and 1 with 3 aligns. Only 1 creature in each subsection drops an armor piece. The armors in this zone give you 10% resist to 3 aligns.
You'll probably want to tweak your rings and armor until you can safely kill something in one of the subsections (which may depend on your available gear) and wait until you get the armor piece in that subsection.
Then you can equip it and hopefully move on to the next subsection to repeat the process with your newly increased resistances. You may still need to adjust your armor and rings after the new armor piece to survive a different subsection since the new subsection has different aligns.
The subsections are layed out such that you start in the center room on one side of the floor. You can walk around the outside bordre of this side and then will lead you to a similar layout on the other side of the floor.
If you kill the mob located in the center room on the opposite side of the floor you started on, you'll get a portal option that will lead to a different subsection.
Like in Elemental Chaos, it seems like if you stay in the starting room for some time you can transition to the next subsection too.
This zone only has a single boss Ashax.
To find it, Navigate to the Grandmaster floor of Murmur Marsh.
From there, go to the opposite side of the floor, kill the mob in the center room, and step through the portal.
After that, walk around the floor a bit and you should see a side room off to itself to the South where the boss lives by itself.
If you get really lucky vs the boss you get an Ashax armor piece which gives you +15% resist to Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. If not that though you just get a random piece that could otherwise be dropped by a creature in the zone.
