Elemental Rings

These are similar to the astral rings but instead of good/evil/spirit resistance they have earth/air/fire/water resistance.

The lower qualities for both the resistance quality and the buff amounts are the same as the astral rings.

In addition there are some higher values to both available:

Beyond Shielding (20% resist) there is now:
Protection - 24%
Resistance - 28%
Insurance - 32%
Ring of the Ruler - 36%

And beyond Everlasting(24%) There is now Dragon (28%) but this is only a potential value on the higher end quality rings
