Elemental Void

Introduction

The Elemental Void is the 2nd area of the final Elemental Zones in Shilla. This section provides armor that gives resistance to Void/Neutral alignment, which can be helpful in taking down 40 stomachs in the Enchanted Forest for higher quality badges(and food), and also the Gods in that area who have Neutral alignment.

Directions

You'll need a Purple Pixie Dust from the 2nd tier of Shilla Gods.

In Elemental Chaos, if you go to the path with the Nobles in Elysian Echos, then you'll find another troll who does the same thing that they did to enter Chaos. Follow the directions carefully to not lose a dust and not get access into Void.

Gameplan

Note that this area is entirely kill to move, so proceed carefully so that you don't have to teleport out and ruin all the hard work you used to get to this area.

There are 4 sections and 4 degrees of difficulty. Each section has 3 monsters in a group. 1 has the base element, 1 has void element, 1 has both.
There is a regular section, an Elite section, an Noble section and finally a Grandmaster section.
Grandmasters only have 1 monster groupings, the monsters who are dual aligned.

Circle the normal path and try to gather as many void resistance armors that you can get to drop from a regular creature. The ones who drop armors are the void/element dual types. Once you get a collection of all 4, then you can work your way up through the ranks trying to get better armor with Elite defense, and then finally some stat boosting armor.

The pattern shifts like the volcano, but here is what I think I've figured out, though it's possible the shift happens earlier and throws it off.

  • Voidstriders Lament ascends to stronger levels.
  • Void of Velvet Waters ascends to stronger levels.
  • Smoldering Void descends to stronger levels.
  • Celestial Breach descends to stronger levels.

If you are at the top or bottom of the strongest level, and you click the link in the opposite direction, you will go all the way back to regular monster level.

Suit Macros

Try to have suit macros and use them frequently. You should have a Void/Earth, Void/Water, Void/Fire, and Void/Air going, while updating them as you get better pieces.

If you need a listing of armors to compare: Elemental Suits

Bosses

Both of these are in the Grandmaster levels.

To find Manefex, ignore the 1st up link and take the 2nd link down in Celestial Branch.

To find Bojapor, ignore the 1st down link and take the 2nd link up in Voidstriders Lament.

Leaving

Walk around the Noble path long enough, and you'll find a troll who like the other 2 trolls before this, will offer you a path to Elemental Pools.
You'll want to make sure you have a Glittering Pixie Dust and follow the directions carefully to not lose the dust.

Satan's original Info

This zone is kind of windy but I'll try to explain how it feels to me and hope it translates.

All creature groups are made up of a void creature, a basic element creature, and one that is a combo of both of the 1st 2.

This whole zone is kill to move outside of a few small stretches where there are no creatures nfound in the room.

When you first enter, you'll start out by fighting a creature group that is just non-elites.

After you do a circle with that group, you have 2 options:
1. continue around the loop and it will just switch the element of the creature group you are fighting but the elite level will stay the same.
2. Take the up or down option to change the elite level of the creatures you are fighting. This will usually also change the element of the creatures in the next zone too.

The bosses are found on the grand master level of the zone.

After entering Voidstriders Lament - Skip the first Up or down option you see, and instead take the 2nd one to fight Bojapor.

Similar to the other boss, to find Manefex is the 2nd available Up/Down option in Celestrial Breach.

What I found to work for me here was:
Create armor suits for each of the basic elements paired with max resist rings for that element and a badge that has harm vs the top creature in that group.
That badge choice is a preference since the other 2 creatures in the group wouldn't be impacted by that badge choice so you could instead choose the badge that helps against the other 2 creatures in the group, but might depend on your preference or where you are at strengthwise and which creatures hit you how often one way vs the other.

The suggested setup above probably requires some if not all of the element + void resist armor pieces that drop in this zone. So if you don't get them sent to you first, you'll probably need to start out wearing element resist armors and void rings while you stay in the lower elite levels of the zone to gather the resist armors you need here.

Note that killing the 1st creature in this zone will show you a portal option. This portal will send you back to the center of Elemental Chaos.

If you want to move on to Elemental Pools, get to the nob level and then just continue going around that level until you get the prompt that yes you want to proceed to the pools. This is another one of those where you start the quest, go up to continue it, back down, then down again. It uses a glittering pixie dust in the process.
