Elven Staff

• The Elven Staff is the 7th most powerful weapon in the Staff group. The hit range is between 100 to 150 damage. It also has a default miss rate of 0%. The requirement to use it without Fatigue penalty is an unknown amount of Constitution.

• It can be found only at the weapon shop in Elven Village.

• It is mainly used in various Staffmaster quests in Shilla.

• Eventually you will need to turn one in for the Staffmasters weapon collection.
