Introduction
The Enchanted Forest is one of the 4 Elemental areas that you can access after going through Castle Ringstead.
You'll want to read this guide to understand the logic and quests that goes through this area: Main Storyline4.
To get here, take the Jungle teleport from New Shilla, then follow the river path until you can go Southeast. Then follow that path to the end, kill the creature, then take the portal.
Movement
Each step does come with a mana reduction from "being frightened". This is only a big deal if you are a mage who needs current mana to deal damage.
Otherwise it's non existent.
There are some kill to move areas around the map. It's not as frequent as Burning Lands, or Depths of Gylmaron, but more so than any Dragon Towers section. You could train here decently without worry.
There are 3 sections to the Forest, with the last 2 sections needing quest progression to get by.
There are 3 'grid sections' that have Shilla Gods in them. Read the page for more information. They are out of the way, so you shouldn't run into one if you aren't actively looking for them.
There are numerous Elite monster groups throughout the zone, so there is opportunity to gain some armor upgrades, and better exp if you are careful.
Creatures
Make sure you are wearing Earth Resistant gear from Castle Ringstead. This continues the trend of damage being in the millions if not protected accordingly.
Most creatures will fall into 3 different groupings:
- Grizzo Bear, Elefhunt, Fairy
- White Tiger, Magicial Unicorn, Fairy Mage
- Tree Guard, Earthquake, Fairy Queen
Once you get past the last section of quests, you can access the room with the 40 Stomachs. This one drops the best badges, that can go up to +9000 to a stat. Also, it drops the best food in the game, the Creme Cake that heals for 400k.
