There are 2 different forge places in Shilla. There is the Shillatown forge, and the Draconian Lair forge.
Draconian mainly is a higher level forge. You will be forging the most powerful weapons here, and the Jewelry Box.
Everything else can be forged in Town. Some of the mid to higher level weapons, and items can be made in both, but it's easier to do in Town.
Most forge combos are listed with the item of interest. If you need to look up an item in Shilla, type it in the search box on the top right corner, or click the link on the sidebar and type it in on the following page. The combo should be listed.
The forge has a hint system that will give you a couple letters somewhere in the name of the weapon along with 2 of the ingredients for the weapon.
The hints are not necessarily useful to your character, and can be a hint for an already known combo.
These hints are new every 24 hours by default but the timer can be reduced by donating gold to the forge.
Note that the timer only restarts if someone clicks read, if no one does for a week you still only get that 1 hint and still wait 24 hours for the next hint.
The donation is a pool from all players and resets to 0 Monday at Midnight server time, or 5PM CST Sunday.
The current cap on the pool is 4b gold.

250m = 14 h
300m = 13 h

500m = 11h

1.3b = 8h? maybe 1.2?
1.6b = 7 hours
2.9n = 6 hours
4b = 5 hours
