Exterior Rooms:

Name Gold Cost Min Room Size Where Mats
Silo 2500000 100 HouseYard 10 Green Trunk(s) (MISC)
AirBase 12000000 70 HouseGarden, HouseYard 13 Red Trunk(s) (MISC)
Slide 2500000 40 HousePool 5 Green Trunk(s) (MISC)
Monument 2500000 100 HouseCourse 8 Red Trunk(s) (MISC)

Air Base

This allows you to take 1 Pixie Dust(Gold Excluded) and teleport here from your current location. The only drawback is that the area that you are in, must have some monster in it's group that drops an item(food, weapon, armor, etc…), since the only way to teleport back to the original location is to pay the cost of the item.
Very helpful in later stages of the game where travelling to further away lands with lack of teleport options becomes an issue.
This should be permanently built as one of your rooms.

Monument

This allows you to speed up the timer to leave an alignment in game from 24 hours to 12. Helpful when fighting the 4 Elemental Guardians, also helpful in the later games when you need to jump between Good, Evil and Spirit reguarly.
Since this item takes Red Trunks and Red Trunks are extremely hard to make, this should stay permanently as one of your rooms.

Silo vs Slide

Both of these items require Green Trunks, which can be farmed in the DDF woodcutting spot as a rare drop, but much quicker than Red Trunks.

Silo

Silo is just useful in a general sense for housing enchanting stones, and construction materials. You'll end up with a lot of stones you'll want to use for enchanting later, or materials that you'll leave on the ground while looking for other things, and picking them up and storing them for a later date might save you some time in the long run.
As you get materials for rooms, and such, use them up when you have a plan. If you need to destroy the room for a Slide, we want to be able to carry what we've stored at least for the short term.

Note there is no restriction to a maximum room size for an exterior room, a silo can hold (room size * 8) items.

Slide

Slide: Mainly used for switching specialty weapon guilds in game.
Unless you really hate the spec guild you are in currently, you have no reason to switch until you have completed all the first guilds quests, and need to go start working on the 2nd guild to work towards an advanced guild(guild 1+2).

In that time, you could keep the Slide if you are constantly switching, or demo the slide and make a bigger Silo. At that point in game, the flexiblity to do either/or is very easy.

Don't sacrifice one of these for Monument or Trampoline. They take Red Trunks which take a lot more time to make, and therefore we aren't wanting to remove those rooms just for the simple sake of doing it.

Room Functions

Bathroom:

Restores Life, Mana, and Fatigue.
Level 2 upgrade provides a +5% buff for 5 minutes.

Basically, the base version is a Fountain resting spot. Upgrading it is a must, since it provides
a healing buff that can counteract many zone damaging areas, such as Volcano, Pyramid, Vast Desert, etc…
The mana and fatigue ones can help end game with some builds as they do damage off of current stat,
so the buff keeps it at maximal level.

Kitchen:

Crafting recipes for other rooms.
Cooking boosts Mana, Grilling boosts Life, Baking boosts Fatigue.
Not much else to add to this, since most recipes are garbage, but you will need to learn how to do
some of them for other rooms in your residence. Click here for a tutorial and quests related to the kitchen.

Dorm(Int), Living Room(Str) & Guest Room(Chr):

These rooms allow you to log off, and when you log back in gain a small temporary increase to a stat.
Formula:

(1)
\begin{equation} X = (Lvl*2+1) * MainBaseStat(Str,Int or Chr)/100 \end{equation}

X is the amount you will gain. Level is the current level of your room.

Time for each buff:

(2)
\begin{equation} X = hours * 5 minutes \end{equation}
(3)
\begin{equation} Hours = time rested in room \end{equation}

X will only reach a max of 120 minutes, so 24 hours of rest is the max.
Room size doesn't matter in any way on these rooms, so just build the smallest room.
These rooms are good for a temporary boost to your stats, Mages get the most out of it since Int = attacks,
but Chr = Elite hunting and Str = Life so all of them could be useful in some respect.

Items needed for each room

Living Room:
Level 0(Starter): Goat Milk Soup
Level 1: Grilled Dragon Ribs
Level 2 & 3: Guard Snack Pie
Dorm:
Level 0(Starter): Whey Bread Pie
Level 1: Grilled Pegasus Wing
Level 2 & 3: Shark Meat Soup
Guest Room:
Level 0(Starter): Spicy Bat Wings Soup
Level 1: Troll Nogg Pie
Level 2 & 3: Grilled Baklava

Fitness Room, Library, & Music Room

Fitness Room adds a % life boost, Library adds a % mana boost, Music Room adds a % fatigue boost.
Initial buffs start at 5%, and increase 5% with each upgrade for a maximum of 20%
Size of the room does increase the time of each boost, with a range of somewhere between 4-8 minutes.
Recommended to save up to room size 100 before building each room.

Foods for each room:

Library: Crab Legs Salad (Level 0), Troll Nogg Ragout (Level 1), BBQ Rat Toes Juice (Levels 2-3)
Music Room: Peezza Juice (Level 0), Dragon Ribs Salad (Level 1), Shark Meat Ragout (Levels 2-3)
Fitness Room: Red Wine Juice (Level 0), Rhino Horn Salad (Level 1), Raw Imp Ragout (Levels 2-3)

Pantry:

Stores food.
Minimum size is 40 (holds 4000 food items) with a max of 100(10000 food items.
While most food in Shilla is easy to come by, having a supply of mixed items for your other residence rooms
is the best use for the Pantry, in case you die and lose all of those items.

Lab:

Runs battle simulations to predict combat outcomes. If you're not sure about something, having this can help.
Every time you click consider it saves the battle data and then when you visit here, it'll give you a % chance
of 1-rounding the monster.
Highly valuable for Mages.

Armor Cabinet, Weapon Storage & Jewelry Storage

These rooms provide storage for weapons, armor and jewelry. As you are traveling in the game, you'll come across
things you'd wish to keep extras of, whether it's a new weapon you wish to enchant later, some armor for enchanting, or some rare piece of jewelry that's hard to come by. These can be upgraded 3 times each, so at full size, max upgrade you are looking at:

Armor Cabinet: 8,16,24,32 items
Weapon Storage: 3,6,9,12 items
Jewelry: 5,10,15,20 items

These rooms can be built as much as you have space for in your estate, so you can store things in multiple rooms and they all count as their own room for capacity.

Office Items:

HomeBank, ItemBank, TrinketExchange, TrainingCenter, ScrollTrainingCenter, SkillTrainingCenter, SongTrainingCenter
These rooms are the same rooms as what are in Shilla town and New Shilla Town. They can be built for convenience, but they don't need much extra description since they do the exact same thing.
Note: These rooms are classified under "Office" for building.
