The Trinket Exchange is located in the Halfling Shire. In here, you can receive Rings, and Amulets from other players, like Trader Jack's in town.
You are allowed 5 slots for your items.
The same principle works here as Trader Jack's… you need more WS to get better items, and the price you pay is determined by the amount of Charisma you have.
