Directions from Fountain: West, North, North, West, West, North, East.

You want to go here if you want to become Water aligned and have blue text in chat. Note that you can only do this after finishing the Beach Quest.

All four temples will disappear from Shillatown after an alignment is chosen.

Other then that, nothing else to mention here.
